Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of products from Zynx Labs. Please read them before ordering.

1. Research use only

All products sold by Zynx Labs are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any in-vivo application. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified buyer purchasing for legitimate research and that you will not resell or administer these compounds to humans or animals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and send the confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and the order refunded.

4. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place the order. If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may suspend the account pending resolution.

5. Shipping

Domestic US orders typically ship within one business day. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. You are the importer of record on international shipments and are responsible for confirming legality, duties and taxes in your jurisdiction.

6. Returns

Because these are sensitive research materials, opened vials cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or does not match its certificate of analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of liability

Products are supplied "as is" beyond the specifications on the certificate of analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zynx Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for handling these compounds safely and lawfully, and for any consequence of misuse. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use, handling or onward supply of the products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
