Privacy Policy

How Zynx Labs collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated: August 2026

1. What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if given) and organization. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe and never reach our servers — we only receive the card brand and last four digits.

2. Why we collect it

To process and ship your order, send you order and tracking updates, provide customer support, meet our accounting and compliance obligations, and detect fraud. If you opt in, we also use your email to send occasional product news; every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

3. Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe), the carrier delivering your parcel, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep your cart and sign-in working. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and compliance purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any data we are not legally required to retain.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Payment credentials are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.
